Univ. of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Concise, comprehensive handbook focusing on fundamental generic principles rather than highly specialized areas (i.e., burns, etc.). For ICU physicians and trainees. Previous edition: c1991. Softcover. DNLM: Intensive Care Units.
Great book
This is a very helpful book when working in the ICU. It goes over many basics. The only chapter that isnt too well explained is the mechanical ventilation. Other than that, good topics and broad range of knowledge.
