This was a mesmerizing book. At the age of 49, separated, and more than a little confused about where my future is headed, I purchased this book on the spur of the moment. Once I opened it I could not put it down until the last chapter was read. Not only does the author give "make-over" advice, in addition to ideas for visually lifting your face, he succeeds in lifting your spirits as well.As Mr. Hopkins quoted Victor Hugo: " Forty is the old age of youth; fifty the youth of old age". This man is truly a gift to women. Obviously, I highly recommend this book.
