STILL my favourite gardening book
I've had this book for about 2 years and I still rely on it for inspiration, answers and advice. The photos are terrific and are an endless source of creative ideas for planting and arranging. A lot of detail is included for quite a wide variety of species (although not encyclopedic). This book launched me into a love affair with succulents, and my gardens look terrific as a result! It remains the cornerstone of my gardening library.
